To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the author disclaims all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, with regard to the software and the provision of or failure to provide any type of service related to the software.

You assume full responsibility and liability for any consequences of using the software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for any pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software product or the failure to provide related services, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Subject to distribution limitations below, you may install and use the demonstration version of this software on any compatible computer.

You may transfer a license of the software to one party, in which case you agree to destroy all registered copies and registration information related to that license and not further use or transfer the registered software with that license.

This agreement will be always subject to the jurisdiction of the author's current residence.
